M.C.'s Salon Policies

 

Salon Policies Effective February 19,2024

1.     Deposit Requirement: to secure your appointment, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be settled9 upon the completion of your service.

2.     Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24- hour notice for any appointment cancellations. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients efficiently. Please note, that no exceptions will be made. Should you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited.

3.     Booking Procedures: Appointments are scheduled in advance. While we strive to accommodate walk-in-clientele, when possible, we highly recommend booking appointments either in person, over the phone, or online to secure your desired time slot.

4.     Confirmation of Appointments: If you book your appointment online and do not receive confirmation, please be aware that your appointment may not be secured. Due to our busy schedule, we may not always have the opportunity to check our booking app. Therefore, it is essential to wait for confirmation before arriving.

5.     Appointment Duration: We take pride in delivering exceptional service, and this often requires adequate time. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for your appointment, especially for chemical services, which typically take upwards of 2 hours.

6.     Length Charges: Please note that additional charges may apply for hair length. This policy ensures fair pricing for the extra time and resources required for longer hair.
